Able to start with old asphalt or a raw surface, it strips the surface, pulverizes and tills the aggregate and mixes it with a concrete slurry or asphalt emulsion on-the-vehicle to stabilize the new surface. Follow it with a roller to compact everything and you're ready to lay down concrete or fresh asphalt.
