Selling my 1989 John Deere 610C Turbo combination back-hoe/excavator and loader with a multi-purpose 4-in-1 bucket. Fully enclosed cab with air conditioning. Has all hydraulics working fine, too, although some seals do leak. If you are in construction or demolition, you need this. Contractors won't award jobs to you if you don't have the equipment.
Plus, it will pay for itself in only a few jobs. This is in great shape, especially the cab, with only minor rust here and there on the body.
