As the professional Hotel Reservation Agent, you will handle incoming calls from guests and general public to book rooms and services at_contracted hotel properties while working with guests to assist with hotel bookings/changes/cancellations/additional on-site hotel services including spas/dinners/excursions, etc.

Requirements:
Basic experience with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Previous customer service, call center or hotel experience
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
