Having your computer problem fixed in a couple of minutes by someone charging $50/hour doesn't make a lot of sense. Your problem is gone, but so is your sense of value for money. Because of this, a lot of people won't ask for professional help when they know the solution to their computer issue is as simple as a few keystrokes.

To get around this, I am offering to fix your computer software/hardware problem and then let you decide how much it is worth to you. No minium charges, no games and no charge of course if I can't solve your problem. Every computer problem is unique and so is the value of its solution. No one knows this better than the customer!

Even the most mysterious computer problems can sometimes be solved in a minute over the phone.
